Cycling

The local, mainly flat, landscape makes cycling an ideal alternative to the car for exploring the surrounding villages and getting out into the countryside.

Bring your own bike or borrow one of ours and enjoy a wonderful bike ride from the back of Frolic Farm alongside the River Cam to the City centre of Cambridge, a good 45 minute ride with local pub pit stops on the way!

Alternatively there are cycle paths from the village which will take you to Cambridge City via Bottisham and Stow-cum-Quy or into the nearby village of Burwell, via Swaffham Bulbeck and Swaffham Prior. These paths follow the local B -roads and are well sign posted and easy to navigate.
