Enter through double glazed doors on the south side onto an oak railed platform, saddle racks to the left and to the right two steps down into an open plan kitchen dining sitting room with wood burner, antique furnishings and old style country kitchen with Belfast sink, Victorian pine dining table and church pews under south easterly window looking out to polo pitch.
Throughout, old pine dressers and cupboards house all the every day essentials. Central to the room you have a spiral staircase taking you up to an oak floored mezzanine bedroom/sitting area with a gable end glazed exposing panoramic views of the polo pitches. To one side a small doorway leads to another double room with full size glazed gable end looking over towards the Carp lake, north stables and Peepers Lodge (enchanting).
Back down the spiral staircase into the sitting room we have to the rear of the room a further two steps leading to the landing and to the right there is the stone floored bathroom shower room with toilet. Next door to the bathroom another double bedroom, oak floored, two north-side windows and a south-easterly window .All rooms are very tastefully decorated throughout with every care taken to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
