On the ground floor you can enter from the North Stables through an oak stable door into the kitchen, which has a grey millstone floor with old Belfast sink, fridge, electric oven, antique cupboards and an old slate breakfast bar looking over the sitting dining room. Into the sitting dinning room upon a stone floor (all stone floors have under floor heating) you will find an old wood burning fire, to the rear of the room, oak steps rise to double glazed doors, leading out to a gravelled outside dining area overlooking stables.
Back into the sitting dinning room we have two doors, one leading to bedroom one south facing double with window opening out onto stables, the other you enter into the bathroom with bath/shower toilet and sink. Back in the sitting room you step up for bedroom two, with small double bed oak floor and window with view of the North Stables. Step back into sitting room and approach the spiral staircase leading to an oak floor mezzanine double bedroom with Velux window and view to the south stables.
All rooms are lovingly furnished with collectables from auctions and antique shops.
